It was love at first sight. It happened in the Basque Country. Incredibly attractive but a minute later so unpredictable! I thought I could move her and as a few others I wrote her passionate texts. Others dreamt of taming her but she knows how to show how cruel and deadly she can be. Without hesitating, just to be with her, I used to set off all night to meet her at last, in the early hours of the day. I would find her soothed down, lascivious, and languid. The next day, mischievous dishevelled, short-tempered, fierce or enraged. We meet as and when depending on my trips all over the world and there she is always so appealing, always so capricious. I love her caresses, her violence and today she is still my source of inspiration. Baudelaire, Victor Hugo, Turner, Renaud, Voulzy and many others loved her and love her too …
